1. Non-Returnable Items As we sell perishable goods, we do not accept returns of products once they have been delivered. This is to ensure the quality and food safety of our products for all our customers.
2. Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product. Provide details of the damage or defect, along with photographic evidence. Once the damage or defect is confirmed by our team, we will offer a full refund or a replacement of the product.
3. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery If you do not receive the product you ordered or if your order is incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Once the information is verified, we commit to sending you the correct product or completing your order at no additional cost.
4. Refund Process Once your refund claim has been approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please note there might be a delay between the processing of the refund and the appearance of the credit on your bank statement.
5. Cancellations If you wish to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will refund the full amount of the order. If the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it, and no returns or refunds will be accepted once you receive the products.
